Job Title: Experienced CNC Setup/Operator
Pay: $27–$30 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking an Experienced CNC Setup/Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience setting up CNC machines and operating them for production runs.

Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines (mills/lathes) including tools, fixtures, and offsets.
Load programs and verify machine operation.
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
Maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years CNC setup and operating experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Proficient with measurement tools and inspection processes.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, $27–$30/hr depending on experience.
