Job Title: CNC Operator
Pay: $23–$25 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience making machine offsets, working with tooling, and performing part inspections to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines for production runs.
Perform machine offsets and adjust tooling as needed.
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Monitor production for accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

2+ years of CNC operating experience.
Knowledge of offsets and tooling adjustments.
Strong inspection and measurement skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Reliable and detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, $23–$25/hr depending on experience.
