Description
Leaders understand that a diverse workforce of women, ethnicities, and LGBT individuals creates a competitive edge as their clientele is typically just as diverse. However, a gap still continues to persist between what looks good on paper and the inclusion that is (or is not) taking place. Advocate Vernā Myers states, ?Diversity is being invited to the party. Inclusion is being asked to dance.? In addition, a recent article from the Harvard Business Review states that ?without inclusion, the crucial connections that attract diverse talent, encourage their participation, foster innovation, and lead to business growth won?t happen.? In this LIVE online instructor-led course, we discuss best practices for employing inclusion, the differences between inclusion and diversity as it currently stands in the workplace, and effective strategies to grow your company through an inclusive mindset and multi-faceted approach. All topics from generational differences to gender dynamics in the workforce will be covered. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ZOOM Link will be provided upon registration.
