Join us for a free seminar on State Labor Law and Payroll Tax hosted by the State Employment Development Department and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Employers and employees will both benefit from attending the seminar which will cover employer and employee rights and responsibilities which include reporting and payment requirements, common wage and hour laws, and distinguishing independent contractors from employees.
