Board of Equalization member Diane Harkey is teaming up with established legislative leaders Assembly Member Young Kim and Assembly Member Ling Ling Chang from the California State Legislature, and key partner organizations to better educate and prepare business owners, homeowners and renters regarding the history, the impact & the myths surrounding Proposition 13 as well as proposed legislative changes and what you can do to stay informed and participate in the political process to protect your interests.
