Learn what you can do to protect your brain health! Join us for healthy brain education and activities to help maintain cognitive fitness. The presentation will complement the center’s regularly scheduled, monthly healthy brain activities, and will provide valuable information about the role of cognitive stimulation, physical exercise, special engagement and proper nutrition in promoting overall brain fitness.
