Description
$10 per person, must call Brea Resource Center to Register!
In celebration of National Donut Day, "Donut Worry About It" is a family-friendly event where you can create your own stress ball and learn about mindfulness techniques to help decrease stress and increase happiness. Recommended for children and adults ages 5 and up. A guardian must be present.
