Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives

Description

Diversity and Inclusion training is now required for all Federal employees. While not required for private businesses, it makes good sense in order hire and retain the best talent, maximize market share, and avoid bad publicity and potential costly claims. 

In this seminar we will review diversity and inclusion initiatives, including:

· The importance and benefits of a diversity program 

· Handling multicultural environments 

· Understanding the concepts of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)  

· The concept of EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) 

· Understanding ethnicity, sexual orientations, and cultural diversity 

· Bias training
