The new generation of workforce has not been workplace prepared the way previous generations have. How can we engender the cultural values needed to achieve success in today’s workforce? Chief Avery will share how he is leading his department and effectively preparing the next generation to achieve success for themselves and the department.

- Selling the culture of your organization and pathways to promotion
- How to connect with employees and ensure they feel heard
- Devising a mechanism to elevate lower performing employees
- Ensuring the leadership message permeates all levels of the organization
The Brea Chamber of Commerce’s Business Leaders Connect is a luncheon series designed to feature local and regional business leaders to provide learning opportunities for the broader business community. The series highlights Brea’s and the region’s most prominent leaders and provides a platform for these executives to share a brief cross-section of their expertise and business insights.
