About Jim Snover   Jim has 38 years of experience in aerospace. After graduating college with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Jim started his career as a software engineer for Rockwell International working on various surface and underwater military programs, in Anaheim, CA. and later became a Project Team leader where he was responsible for all aspects of underwater programs including electrical, electronics, acoustics, mechanical and software development.    Jim took his technical and project execution expertise into commercial programs and led the single largest deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems in the United States, in the Detroit, Michigan metropolitan area. Jim then returned to California as the Director, Program Management – Asia Pacific Region for Rockwell Collins’ Inflight Entertainment division in Pomona, CA.    After nearly 18 years at Rockwell, Jim joined The Boeing Company, as the Director of Radio Products responsible for the execution of nearly $600M in subcontracts to design the next generation of joint military radios. In 2008, Jim left The Boeing Company to join The IMS Company (later acquired by the Zodiac Aerospace Group) as the Senior Vice President of Customer Management.    After the Safran Group acquisition of Zodiac Aerospace in 2018, Jim became the Senior Vice President of Quality and Facilities for SPI. Most recently, Jim led the SPI expansion activities, the relocation of SPI’s headquarters and the building of a new 64,000 sq ft multi-purpose building in Brea.
