Join us to hear about the plans for the Brea Mall Redevelopment project. SIMON's innovative design promises an enlivened new shopping and entertainment as well as launching this iconic shopping center further into the forefront of Orange County's shopping mall experience. With nearly 400 new residential units, green space, bike paths, cutting-edge fitness center, shops and restaurants, the project promises to bring increased economic vitality to the Brea community and its businesses.
Jocelyn Gubler has served as the Vice President of Development with Simon Property Group, Inc. (Simon) since September 2015. In her role, Ms. Gubler actively manages development for a portfolio of twenty-two (22) outlet and regional mall properties in thirteen (13) states. She also identifies new development,re-development, and economic incentive opportunities for over 34 million square feet of commercial space in both urban and suburban areas. Additionally, her responsibilities include managing compliance with state and local development ordinances and requirements for new and existing development. She appears before local and regional bodies as ownership representative in governmental proceedings.
