Mila’s Kitchen Hawaii is a family, veteran, and Native Hawaiian-owned catering concept led by Chef Charles Akau IV of Līhuʻe, Kauaʻi. Inspired by his daughter Mila and guided by his Hawaiian values and a commitment to ‘ohana and community, Mila’s proudly lives its motto: “A Legacy of Aloha.”
