PIH Health Announces Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Board of Directors
PIH Health, Inc. (PIH Health) is pleased to announce its fiscal year (FY) 2023-2024 Board of Directors. The Board officers are as follows: Patrick Monroe, Chair; Charlotte Weaver RN PhD, Vice Chair/Chair-Elect; Peter Greaney MD, Secretary; and Alex Alvarez, Treasurer.
Along with these officers, the PIH Health Board includes 11 additional directors: J. Richard Atwood, Melanie Batiste, Jay Brown, Blayne Cutler MD PhD, Jane Dicus, Marissa Goldberg, Jeffrey Hamar, Robert Maloney MD, William Roth, Paul Treinen, and Kenton Woods. These individuals, who consist of physicians and business and community leaders, will meet regularly to govern and oversee PIH Health’s operations.

At its annual meeting on Friday, September 22, 2023, the PIH Health, Inc, Board of Directors also recognized Paula Cowan at her last meeting, as she is retiring from the Board.
“Mrs. Cowan has been an invaluable asset to the Board throughout her 12 years with the PIH Health Board,” said West. “I would like to thank Mrs. Cowan for her expertise and leadership and wish her good health and happiness in the future.”
