CareMore Health Opens New Brea Care Center & Celebrates with Grand Opening Event

Join CareMore Health leaders, clinicians, and the Brea community as they celebrate the grand opening of a nearly 12,800-square-foot state-of-the-art Center featuring clinical space, an area for social engagement, and a Nifty After Fifty exercise gym. The afternoon festivities will include tours of the new center, brief remarks by CareMore leaders and city representatives, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with community residents, representatives from local organizations, healthcare leaders and city dignitaries. To start, the new CareMore Care Center will serve approximately 2,000 Brea/Placentia-area patients who have selected the CareMore Health option through participating in Anthem Blue Cross and SCAN Health Plan Medicare Advantage plans. The center will feature the following programs and services provided by a multi-disciplinary team of CareMore medical professionals:

  • Chiropractic Services (soon-to-come)
  • Congestive Heart Failure Program
  • Chronic Kidney Disease Program

  • Healthy Journey (an individualized care plan)
  • Healthy Start (an annual visit for comprehensive health risk assessment)

  • Wound Care
