Chamber Awards Graduating Brea Olinda High School Students on May 30
BREA, CA. –  The Brea Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the winners of our annual Business Vision Scholarship Award. The purpose of the Business Vision Award is to provide financial assistance to prestigious graduating high school seniors currently enrolled within the Brea Olinda Unified School District. On May 30, 2019, Jay Badillo, Chairman of the Board, presented the 2019 Business Vision Awards at BOHS Senior Awards Night. The recipients of these $500 scholarships were Vivien Coop and Lauren Segat. These students were recognized for their integrity, creativity, initiative, and understanding of workforce issues, in order to build success in a business environment. In the fall, Vivien Coop will attend Western Washington University and major in Urban Planning and Environmental Science and Policy. Lauren Segat will attend Cal Poly Pomona and major in Apparel Merchandising and Management.

It was an honor to present these commendable young women with a scholarship to help jumpstart their education leading to career goals. The Brea Chamber of Commerce strives to give back to the community.
