2012 State of the City to Highlight Brea’s Progress
Mayor Don Schweitzer to speak at Brea Chamber Breakfast
Mayor Don Schweitzer will present the annual State of the City Address at the Brea Chamber’s Business Outlook Breakfast on Wednesday, February 15. Mayor Schweitzer, City Manager Tim O’Donnell and other key City executives will reflect on the City’s fiscal situation, successes and challenges in 2011, as well as the City’s goals for 2012. This esteemed speaker panel will also provide insights on future plans that impact Brea businesses during this interactive event. In addition, the Mayor will discuss his theme for 2012, “Make a Difference Green Brea”.
The Business Outlook Breakfast Series focuses on topics that are critical to the economic vitality of our region and provide a forum for the leaders of the Brea business community to create strategic alliances. Legislative updates are a part of every program.
The breakfast will be held at Embassy Suites, 900 E. Birch Street in Brea. Doors will open at 7 a.m., with the program beginning promptly at 7:30 a.m. The event is open to the public and non-members are welcome to attend. Tickets for Chamber members are $30 per person or $175 for a table for 8. Individual tickets for non-members are $50.
